Returns are accepted if the item is not as described. Return postage of the item is the buyers responsibility. Damages caused by shipping must be claimed from the courier company. Where is William Street based?
William Street is located in Waterford Ireland, the area is known as the sunny South East. About 2 hours drive from Dublin Airport the area has some of the most beautifull coastline in Ireland and is relatively unpopulated although the main city Waterford is Ireland's fifth largest.

Postage is done through An Post which is Ireland's national postal service. Charges are weight based and no additional charge is taken by William Street. Postage is standard airmail and will take 7 to 10 days to reach most parts of the USA. Postage quoted on site is for US delivery, please contact us for other areas.
